Gameplay Score

I wanted to craft a sonic world that moved seamlessly between dark satire, sweeping exploration, and high-stakes confrontation — shaping the emotional gravity behind every player choice.

The Outer Worlds 2 lives in a space between dark humour and real stakes. I wanted the music to reflect that balance.

Some moments needed scale and propulsion, others needed restraint — something more internal, more human. The goal wasn’t to overpower the world, but to sit inside it.

The score blends orchestral writing with textured, modern elements to create something that feels expansive but grounded. It shifts with the player — opening up during exploration, tightening during conflict, and pulling back when the story needs space.

At its core, the music is there to support the experience — to make the galaxy feel alive, unpredictable, and personal.
