Composer Antonio Gradanti has credits that feature some of the most versatile and emotionally diverse film, tv and game projects including the nationally acclaimed Dead Rising 4 (X-box), Peacemaker (HBO Max), REV (MGM/Lionsgate), Jackson, and Dead Layer (starring Cameron Douglas). Gradanti’s scores have helped win numerous awards including KATRA®, L.A.Shorts®, TIWF®, and CANNES®.

Gradanti began composing at a young age in Toronto. As a young adult, he landed a position at Octave Music and began studies in music composition. He moved from Toronto to a small Gulf island in British Columbia and began composing at the newly formed West Town Sound where he had the opportunity to write music for video games.

After moving to WTS, he was asked to record 3 tracks for the video game Dead Rising 4 for X-Box. Subsequently, he began to compose for feature length films and television combining elements of orchestral, acoustic, electronic, and synthesized genres to create a sound that is compelling, exhilarating and uplifting.

His work sparked the interest of international filmmakers, and thus began long-standing relationships that would lead to scores for the television series Demon X, and the feature films 37-Teen, Inhabited, A Time for Making and Being Brave. Additional projects include collaborations with Boris Salchow on commercial music for the international GOODYEAR® campaign, numerous works with video game composer Traz Damji, and the ongoing work with Drawn From Valor, a non profit animation company that empowers kids, individuals, and families to understand and manage their chronic mental and physical health conditions . He was also the musical director of theatre stage productions of Brother XII, Moonbound and Radio After Dark.

Gradanti’s upcoming projects include “Sherlock Holmes - The Fall of Watson” directed by CJ Goodwyn , and is a Fulltime Composer at Interleave Creative while still serving as a member of the SCREEN COMPOSERS GUILD OF CANADA.
